So, where have you been?

A lot can be said with that statement.  So, where have you been?  Is it related to a place? Is it related to a span of time? What is meant by it.  I mean you say it a lot as a human.  Where are you?  Where did you go?  Where have you been?  But for me.... This has been a time away for a number of reasons.  One... a new family.  My wife and I have now been married for just under 7 years.  We have been together for 9.  In that time we have seen my career at the railroad come to an end.  We have opened a veterinary hospital.  Well I say opened but really I mean we bought a veterinary hospital.  We started a property management company.  I have started a photography company.  And in all the excitement... we moved.  We left our beautiful home in Edmonds with an incredible view of the sound.... For the country.  Well not so much the country per se.  But we are out of the city, and surrounded by woods.  We have 3/4 of an acre with 3200 sqft of home.  We love the home.. we love the quietness. But as with any move.... not everything is peaches and cream.  But that is another story all together.

So now that I'm back in the saddle.  I figured I would take this pony out for a little spin and see how it feels.  Long time ago I used to think I had too much time on my hands.  And that I needed more things to do.  Well... I guess I should've been careful about what I wished for.  Because now... I don't have hardly any time to do anything let alone breath.   With that being said... I'm also working on starting my own musiczine, as well as doing a vlog.  Then we have the project that my buddy Mike and I are going to start doing... talking to homeless Veterans and giving them a voice.  As well as doing this blog.  So.... I have a lot on my plate.  But that is ok. Keeps me out of trouble.
